I would not recommend this place for a busy, working professional. Their schedule is very unaccommodating and they do not have any late evening hours.  They also have fees for someone who is more than 5 minutes late to an appointment. 
It is the place where I have had the worst customer service. I had an appointment for a laser treatment at 5:30 pm. Snow had just begun pouring down again and traffic was at a standstill. I called while I was on my way and explained there is an accident on I-90 and that my projected ETA was 5:40. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist (who was also the manager, named Jennifer) told me I had until 5:35 to arrive or I would be charged a $25 late-fee charge and would need to reschedule. I explained to her it was nearly impossible for me to get there at that time due to the traffic but that I am trying to make it. I did not end up making it til 5:50 because of the traffic. I arrived and was told I could not be accommodated and that I would also be charged a $25 fee. I again explained I had drive OVER an hour to try to arrive on time; if I had had no intentions of coming, I would not have tried to make it in that weather and traffic. I again was told I would have to reschedule and pay the fee before my next treatment. 
I understand if I am late it is unfair to make a tech stay late to accommodate me, so I did not ask for that. But I did not understand why it was impossible for the establishment to waive the fee. I had clearly made every attempt to made it and the circumstances were out of my control. I had had 4 treatments before and had never been late. I understand there are policies such as this in place to reduce the incidents of repeat offenders who may often cancel last minute. But I did not even try to cancel last minute and in fact made it to the laser center. They instead reiterated to me that cancellations within 24 hours have a fee -- well, it would have been impossible for me to predict an auto accident on the freeway 24 hours ahead of time. I think it is ridiculous that they can not distinguish between extenuating circumstances and those who may abuse the system. They were very unsympathetic to my situation. 
 It was already frustrating enough to have had to drive over an hour there and then an hour back home but it felt even worse that they were charging me a fee for a situation that was not in my control. If I did not have remaining treatments due to my groupon, I would not return here. I think there are far more accommodating  and helpful.  

Again, I would not recommend this for a working professional.

Shady business practice of declaring bankruptcy so you don't have to honor unlimited contracts, then changing names. I had an unlimited contract for back and neck hair removal -- ie as many treatments as it took until the hair was gone. When ownership changed, "new ownership" honored 2 more services. (I had had 6), Before the first of two treatments the woman said that permanent removal would be impossible because I'm still relatively young (30) and thus my testosterone levels were still too high for permanent removal. After the treatment, the same woman tried to sell me 8 treatments because those would probably be enough for permanent hair removal.....

EDIT: This place has changed ownership multiple times, allowing them to cancel their contracts by filing bankruptcy.  I was promised a deep discount on any necessary treatments after 12, which they did not honor, as well as free yearly touch-ups, which again they did not honor.  At least I got my full 12 treatments, many people didn't even get that.  They also offer free services for good reviews, which is why you see so many.  Beware.

The Spa is hygienic. The staff is courteous, and friendly. I just got my first treatment done. I am glad I chose Reflections. I give them a 5 star rating.  I suggest you should go and check it out yourself. They are very good.

I purchased a laser hair removal package through Groupon. Big mistake!!! I was BURNED and SCARED where I received treatment!!! The service provider which was the OWNER was very unapologetic and unsympathetic toward me! I don’t recommend this plane due to their unprofessionalism and unpleasant staff and owner!!!
