I went into Reflections because I had extension tape stuck in my hair. I also needed my roots to be re-bleached. My hair was extremely fragile and damaged. My hair is down to the middle of my back. I wanted to keep my length and get it healthy so it will grow longer. Jennifer helped me get the tape and glue out of my hair using great oils and product. She also brushed out all of the matting the tape had caused. 

She took her time so it didn't damage my hair. She then bleached my roots. She didn't like the way it looked the first go around. My roots are very healthy and she felt comfortable doing a couple of extra bleach washes to get the platinum color I preferred. 

After finishing the coloring, we started the Brazilian blowout. She brushed the product through my hair and my hair is absolutely beautiful. I look like the bleach blonde beach babe I wanted to be with long healthy flowing blonde hair. I went over to the casino to have some dinner after the appointment and there were lots of people admiring my hair. It was really flattering and I am so happy my friend referred this place to me. 

I wouldn't go anywhere else even if it means driving from Salt Lake to have Jennifer do my hair. The whole process took about 3.5 hours and cost 300.00 which was an unbelievable price for everything she did! I can't explain how happy I am with the turnout. It is worth 1000.00. I wish I had a before and after photo of the frizzed matted hair to what it looks like right now.

I had a terrible color experience at this salon. I asked for a medium brown, which we chose, and to keep some of my blonde in there for highlights. She went ahead and did am all-over color with the brown and left none of my blonde! She then told me that my blonde would come thru for highlights after a few washes. I had told her before that I only wash my hair once, maybe twice a week, and that my color holds well. After ONE wash later in the week, the brown color was washing out and after drying my hair it had noticeably lost a great amount of color, I was nearly blonde again with splotches of brown. I was incredibly upset, and I immediately called a different salon and had my hair colored the way I expected in the first place with a medium brown and highlights added due to a crappy color that ruined any and all of my blonde hair that was suppose to be left out for highlights. 
Also, halfway thru the appointment at Reflections, I was told by the woman doing my hair that she didn't attend an actual cosmetology school, but instead did an assisted type training and learned her technique from that. Very disappointing to hear that halfway thru, and her "skills" really showed afterwards. Do not go to this place. Know your stylist beforehand.
