The movie itself was great. The seating was phenomenal. The concessions were pricey and average. However I wish I could've caught the name of the girl in box office. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating when it came to refunding us because we were double charged. I purchased my tickets online but could not find them anywhere. We purchased our tickets again at the theater a second time and when needing assistance in regards to the double charge (which was a mistake on our end) she was more than accommodating. She was quite tall and had lighter brown hair. In addition to the box office I noticed the employee was standing. We came on a Thursday, and we're the only ones in our theater. Working jobs like this in the past myself, and especially on slower days, when you have to stand on your feet for a long shift it tends to be a bit excessive. Perhaps management could look into some seating for their employees? Anyways, props to Regal in Crocker!

Updated: Theaters now have reclining seats and the overall service is good. Hopefully they fixed the heating issue. 

Old review:They warned us that the theater was "a little cold" while checking our tickets and said someone would fix the heat soon. Even with a heavy winter coat, scarf, and gloves I was still shivering while watching the movie. I don't plan on going back to this theater.

Love the recliners, very comfy.  Food could be better.  Wish you didn't have to use stairs to get to some of the screens. Still one of my favorite places.

I wouldn't go to the movies anywhere else.  They now have reclining seats so you can watch a movie more comfortably there than at home!  And after the movie you're at Crocker Park! It's a happening place with great restaurants, beautiful landscaping and a general atmosphere of excitement.

Love the remodeling that they did and the new recliners but they need to get a handle on cleaning the family restroom by the Imax theater. It was disgusting. Sticky soda all over the place. It was dry so it didn't just happen.
