The sign said open, but the doors were locked and windows locked up 15 min before a matinee. I was miserable in the theater. The air conditioning was so cold, I shivered through the entire movie and I had the sniffles for the rest of the day. The seats are also tiny and uncomfortable. I’ve never seen smaller seats in a theater before. Movie quality and sound was good. Prices were cheap, but there is a reason. Floors are crazy sticky and the bathroom was gross. I would love to see some upgrades to this theater since it’s the closest one to me and it’s in the middle of some great shopping. I would gladly spend more money for a better theater experience.

They market this as more of an high end movie theatre. I would say it’s ok, definitely not the fanciest for the fancy price your paying. We played their arcade games, our money was being taken, and like three of the games didn’t work. We literally lost like $6.00 on the games. I left unimpressed and feeling like we spent way too much money for the what we experienced here.

Nice place, very large theatre. Though it wasn't recliner seats. It was comfortable. A lot of seats available. Concessions not bad. There for black panther.

Always understaffed on weekdays. Not very clean. Smells at times. One person at window is frustrating at times. I prefer to dribe to clt area theaters if I have time. Plus, they need to redo the seating. Behind the times comfort wise.

This is a nice cinema, but that's about it. The employees could probably make a better effort, but I get it, not the best job. It's always clean and well organized.
