With the recliners seats, I found my movie experience at Regal much more enjoyable. Concessions are concessions - not really out of this world but does the job! Women's bathroom has some broken hand dryers with no paper towels, which is a drag. There are self-kiosk for buying tickets yourself, expediting the process when there's a popular movie released. Regal Reward program is free and easy to use; I am enjoying the perks as the points added up from years' worth of purchase.

Love the leather, electric adjustable seats with trays. VERY comfy. Clean theaters. Large screens, clear picture and great sound. The lobby and restrooms are kind of a dump but you're not spending much time in them anyway.

Great facilities. Love the reserved seating and reclining seats and tray tables. Overall, the theater itself was great. Well kept. Outside the theater, the concessions and bathrooms need updating. But hey.. it's a place to get out of the rain and enjoy a date movie night.

We went to see "Sing!" during our christmas vacation in the city. This place has so much potential. There were no movie times signs in the windows, so to know what time things are playing you have to walk inside. The entrance was confusing. There are doors on two sides of the lobby, but only one side of the building (not marked) was open. Then inside they had tons of those line barricades set up (like you see at airport check-in lines). Several stair cases were roped off and closed for some reason even though they meet up with the open ones on the different floors. And one of the escalators was apparently broken. Very weird and not exactly welcoming. Mind you, it wasn't very busy. We weren't there at a rush time or anything. And the dark colors! The whole multi-story lobby is painted in dark, dreary primary colors! The floors were well worn. I know this is a building with lots of people coming and going, but it seemed like this place was due for a renovation about 10 years ago. As most movie theaters are these days, the concessions were super expensive. A bag of popcorn and soda don't need to cost $30. Corn and sugar water are not that freaking expensive, people! The movie, though, was great. Go rent it/buy it/download it, whatever. But this place, they could learn some things from Pacific Place's movie theater down the block.

The recent renovations with new, spacious, reclining chairs have made this a great theater to watch a movie. However, you still can't get around how expensive it is for two adult tickets and any food or snacks there. Save you money and just come for the movie.
