I've visited this theatre often. The line for the concession stand is ridiculous. I was there early but they only had two registers open and 2 workers in the concession stand area. On a Saturday afternoon there should be more people. Even if only two registers are open. There needs to be 4 people behind the counter. 2 to take order and 2 to help prepare orders. I watched the manager do nothing to step in and help alleviate the line. He simply hid out in the back area. In the middle of movie..i stepped out to get our free refill of our bucket and had to wait in line another 20 minutes. I missed a big chunk of the movie. Once again I didnt see the manager in site. This is not the only time I've visited and noticed the manager casually walking around while the concession lines were almost to the front door. I've never been a manager of a movie theater but as a manager of other businesses I have pitched in to help my team and company flow more efficiently. Obviously this manager does not feel the same. It's also time for an upgrade. Seats in our theater #16 were broken and arm rests were broken as well. The movie was great!!

Had a mother /son date to see Black Panther this past Sunday. HORRIBLE! Thirty minutes into film, the power went off. We sat in dark silence for or what seemed like an eternity. Finally, someone told us they were rewinding the movie. After 10-15 minutes the film restarted way ahead of where it was before the power outage. Not only did we not know what was going on, but rhere was NO SOUND! We left with free tickets but I would rather have gotten a refund since I doubt if I will ever go back!

Went here for a date and watched Beauty and the Beast. It wasn't a terrible experience but certainly not the best. For one thing they're still using the old fold down chairs while other theaters are using the newer ones. It's really difficult to handle food and drinks when you're trying to push down a chair to sit down. Also the chairs aren't comfortable at all, I left with a sore behind. Food quality was okay at best. Enjoyed the movie though.

I had last visted when this place was much newer. Just had a visit there to see star wars 8 and it really feels run down and let go. Could not find a ticket taker. We just let ourselves in assuming someone would scan us in somewhere like every other Theatre... never did. The actual theatre (#18) seating smelled of must or mildew and of chemicals to cover up said mustiness. I could hear the next theatre over more than the movie on our own theatre's screen . The screen picture quality was really poor. Poor contrast and sharpness, it was sort of like watching in SD quality on my phone instead of HD on a big screen. Compared to the competition in area it was a night and day experience. I won't likely return if it can be helped.

We had a really good experience here other than there not being enough staff up front serving drinks and popcorn. But overall I am very satisfied with my trip and I will be back again.
