I've been coming to Regal Theaters 6yrs. The past few months I've notice that not one person in management or customer service couldn't answer a question about the regal rewards. It's very important that the team should be trained on their current offers or rewards.  I talked to a manager named Danny and he had no clue about regal rewards.  To be honest Danny didn't even greet us or welcome us to the regal theaters. I give Danny 10   👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 down. Happy Holidays

This was my first time visiting this theatre. It's not thr closest to me but I was meeting friends here.  Stadium seating that was comfortable,  no recliners.  Staff was friendly.  Decor is retro late 80's early 90's but it was clean and that's all that really matters. I did not have any concessions. I would not pass up my local theater to visit this one again but will visit again if the need arises.

Overpriced everything, and the decor is dated beyond time. Thirds theatre seems to of lost its way somewhere in the late 90s. The marquee board in front is consistently covered with a sign instead  of movie titles. The popcorn does not taste fresh anymore, but that doesn't surprise me as they leave obvious old bags behind the poppers. Redeeming factor though is on most nights the staff are friendly.

My issue is with  2 of your staff behind the counter---I ordered a popcorn and a cup of ice water---I was told to use the water fountain.....as everyone knows the fountains are the dirtiest germ infested places of all.   What is it to give someone a cup of water from the dispenser---esp when  you are right in front of it?      The unkindness.  was unbelievable, but more than that, it did not feel good to be in the presence of people of such low moral caliber.  By the way, I attended the 1:20pm movie on Sunday afternoon.

Definitely a clean theater! Highly suggest going on the off times for older movies as this place fills up quick in the hot hours. Great deals during the middle of the week too!
