It's difficult to actually find anything overtly wrong with this theater. By all looks and feels it's a nice Regal. They work hard to keep it clean. I even noticed that their pricing for meal offerings were comparable to that of fast food establishments. The quality isn't as good but the prices are about the same. Soda is ridiculously expensive.  But my real issue has to do with the competency of their ticket booth staff. I have a Service Dog and at least 90% of the time I have to get the Manager's permission to buy a ticket for the handicap area. It's the only place in the entire theater that allows my SD to lay down and not be in the way. If they can correct this policy or training issue they would be a 5 star theater.

The theater itself is nice with good sound.  I saw the avengers fri morning at 9@. I got there early and went in at 835a with my pre purchase phone ticket. Some young attendant scanned it for me. Apparently there's a movie program collectors brochure. But they were not out yet. So at the end of the movie. I stopped by the ticket taker to ask for one. It was an older woman with short white hair. First she looked me up and down and told they were only for people who were seeing the avengers. I told her I just had seen it . But missed getting the program. She then asked to see my ticket. At the time a Caucasian couple walked up and said the same thing as me. She handed it to them right away , no questions or problems. Then she turns to me and reads my ticket. And then now says, she gave me one earlier. I said this is the first I'm seeing you. It was a young long hair brunette girl who scanned my ticket. And then I said , why the 3rd degree for me? You just gave those other people one. She just looked at me like disgusted. I'm a surgeon. A professional. But I felt so discriminated against. I can't believe this happened. But I'm am not white. I like this theater. But I will not come here anymore. Knowing they allow employees with racist thoughts. How else could I take it?

this place is amazing. I was able to sit back and watch the movie and total chill action. I can't believe the seats recline so much. I had so much fun just looking up and seeing everything that was going on in the movie. Of course I could have also been the movie experience itself. Also the service was great and everyone was so nice to me. I loved it and I will go back

I'm impress how Regal Cinemas looks now. The chairs are very comfortable, everything looks so nice and clean. In my opinion I think it looks a lot better that the movie studio at the mall. The only thing missing is the ability to dine and get some wine. Lol 👍

Free parking, at the Tapo Canyon shopping center area. Nearby food court with Baja Fresh, Panda Express, Daphne's, Frozen yogurt store, Starbucks, Natural Cafe etc.  16 movie theaters inside, hot and cold concessions available. Like going to this theater, easy access,  lines are reasonable or non existant. Can order tickets and seat reservations online or via walk up window. Have discount theater pricing during the summer.
