Love the VIP area. Must be 21+ years old to enter. That means libations at a full bar are available for consumption. There is also a full menu available and the prices aren't terrible, as one would expect at movie theatres. The leather, reclining seats are very comfortable. If at all possible, I would go VIP every time.

One of my favorite spots in town to go for a movie. I once tried their VIP seating and it was the most comfortable chair I have sat down to watch a movie! They have various discounts which is great way to save bucks and still enjoy great movies!

I feel like this theatre is a bit out dated. The seats are not comfortable at all. They don't recline! Had to switch positions multiple times during a movie because it was so uncomfortable. I think they have a VIP lounge area which seemed nice. Also the bathrooms are too small. Not enough urinal stalls for a theatre of this size. The men's bathroom was backed up. Men's bathroom are never backed up! But it is here. The parking situation is bad. You not only have to pay for your movie but parking too. Even if you have the parking ticket validated at the theatre you still have to pay a minimum of $6 (for 2 hours). Not going here again. Rather go to AMC Aventura, free parking, reclining seats and larger and more urinals/bathroom stalls.

Customer service not a priority. Slow a ticket booth and extremely slow at concession --- never got popcorn. No sound for the first 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Most rooms here are good. The "vip" area offers food to order and is not expensive, it has full recliner seats and extra room in front. Since it's in Lincoln road, we always go for a nice dinner a walk in the area and a movie here. It has a parking garage next to it. It's $6 if you validate at the theater (not bad for Lincoln road)
