This was one of my most enjoyable experiences at the movies in years. The sound was not overwhelming and I wish all Regal Theaters had reclining seats. I have to sit in handicapped seats so do not know if this particular theater only has them or the Riverpoint theater doesn't have. But since there was such comfortable seating  I plan on coming back to this Southglenn Regal theater on near future.

I used to love this theater, especially the Sky Box seats. Unfortunately it has really gone downhill lately. The leather on the seats are peeling off and they make squeaking noises as well as some of the tables/trays being broken. My friend spilled a beer on the floor because of a busted table, it was crooked and the beer slid right off. Speaking of the floor it was just downright nasty, it's as if a thousand sodas were spilled on it since it's last cleaning. Please clean the floor and do something about those extremely disappointing seats! Also there were no employees upstairs and I thought that was pretty strange. 
We shouldn't have to pay more per ticket only to get such shoddy accommodations!

Drunks in the balcony luxury seating area too many times. Two times in the last year I paid $16/seat only to have to leave the theater because drunks are using the balcony as a drinking place and refuse to be quit even after management speaks to them.  Management does nothing about the problem - we have to leave and drunks get to stay.  The theater has to be more forceful in handling this problem and they need to stop serving patrons who are already obviously drunk.  Last night there were six of them, one of them could not even stand up unaided. I'm going to Landmark theaters in the future!

When the theater first opened the premier seating was great.  Yes, you pay 33% more for the ticket but you sit in the upper balcony and get waited on by the wait staff.  You can have dinner and drinks served to you prior to the movie then can enjoy your meal while the movie starts.  Doing the premier seating became a special family outing for us that we did a few times a year for movies we as a family were interested in.  
However, the past few times the services has slowly worsened.  Then, this weekend as a family we went to see a movie as a family and got the premier seating.  We showed up 25 minutes before the movie to ensure we had time to order our food, enjoy some appetizers, etc. before the move started.  The wait staff never came to the theater and I had to walk out 3 times and talk with management to get service.  Still, the wait staff never came and ultimately I ordered the food at the counter, then carried most of it back myself.  Remember, we paid 33% more for our ticket so we could have the "luxury" of a restaurant style experience at the theater.  
Additionally, the seats are worn out with scratches and tears in the leather.  
We will not be doing premier seating there again.

Best recliners and surprisingly fantastic sound.  Even the display, the projesction was noticably better than other cinemas.
