Friendly staff that appear like they know what they are doing, but in reality this location has made multiple mistakes on several accounts. Living in columbia is pretty limited in terms of theatres (no AMC), but the regal seems like the place to go if you want to avoid all the college kids at the Goodrich or the Ragtag indie films. I have had the reps at the front kiosk appear to load a balance onto a gift card, but ended up taking the original gift card, giving me a new gift card and then when I check the balance it is the same as the original balance on the card they took! So now I have to go back to the theatre to speak to a manager to get my original balance + the balance requested to be added to a card. To make matters worse the rep at the counter did not give me a receipt for the added money onto the card.

UPDATE: I did not review this theater in the last week as it says. In fact, I don't remember reviewing it at all. However, I have to say that the humidity in the theaters is so high that it smells SO MUSTY and the seats feel wet and make your clothes feel wet too. We actually prefer the alternative in town for cheaper prices, unlimited refills on all size sodas, and nicer seats...and of course no odor. I am changing this 5 star to a 2 because of the above Great theater. Nice seats, and we definitely prefer this over the alternative in town.

They show and popcorn where pricey. The cup holder would not hold and a large soda very well. But people or helpful but not necessarily Pleasant. Theater seats were okay. The screen was nice and large. The audio one could hear very well.

Great visually, terrific audio system and very comfortable seating. They sometimes also show 3D movies. I'm rating them as a 3-star venue, because only the most mainstream of movies are ever shown there.

Much improved since Regal took over ownership. Still needs a good cleaning and a few of the theaters smell musty like a barn, but "hay" at least it's a second theater!
