We went there to watch WRINKLE IN TIME 3D on 03/11/2018 but the movie wasn't 3D at all even before the movie when it was showing trailers. We thought it will change to 3D after trailers. But it didn't change so we had to go out of the auditorium and spoke to an employee. This is our second time that we experienced this problem when we saw COCO. Very disappointing after we paid so much money for 3D and not being able to enjoy the movie. I think they should make sure what they are doing.

Today we went to 3D Wrinkle in thime movie for 4 people for 69.00$. we paid a lot of money to enjoy the 3D movie with our family but the movie wasn't showing in 3D so we went out to check with the employee. That's my second time experience for 3D in this regal cinema. we came here to enjoy movie especially 3D movies but we were very upset that we did not get what we paid for.I never complained about other minor things like seat or foods or prices or something else. But it happened two times to me that's why i want the management to make sure you are doing your job.

This was a clean theatre and the staff was friendly enough. I found that the seats weren’t all that comfortable (but I’ve been to some really great theatres that had recliners for seats). We also got popcorn and a drink, The popcorn was not good at all... there were a few whole pieces of popcorn and the rest was just tiny bits of broken popcorn... should have brought a spoon to eat my popcorn bits.

On Tuesday January 16th I went to see “Forever my girl” a PG rated movie with three of my friends at 9:30. I went to go give my ticket to the person who clips the tickets before we went in the movie and he asked to see my ID which I found strange since I am over 25 years old. It was a guy with black framed glasses, scruffy beard, and dark hair. I made a joke about how I have grey hair because I thought it was odd that he ID’d me in the first place for what is again, a PG rated movie. Normally when you buy tickets for a PG-13 rated and up movie, the cashier at the ticket stand will ID you and in this case I wasn’t ID’d. After I showed my passport to the person who took my ticket, he proceeded to tell me that he is blind in one eye and could not tell how old I looked, which I found odd because again it was for a PG movie. He then proceeded to tell my friends who are older than me, that they can go in because I am “41, no 31, no over 21 years old” which I thought was rude because I look no where near 41. He made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. l can absolutely understand if it was for a rated R movie or even a PG 13 movie but a PG movie, that is absolutely ridiculous.
