I have always gone to regal nails for a gel manicure and they have always done a great job! It's only day 2 of my manicure and the gel is already starting to lift up:( but I usually always have a good experience!

The only reason I'm giving Regal Nails in Chippewa Falls a one star rating is because there was no wait. Now I know why there was no wait. It was the most expensive and worst pedicure I've ever received. She didn't even remove all my old polish. When I brought it to her attention she gave me a lame excuse and due to the language barrier I gave up.  There was zero "spa" experience involved, but had no problem charging me for a Beverly Hills experience. She didn't even exfoliate my feet. I had to come home and file jagged edges. She threw a couple of hot towels on my legs, polished my toes, called me lady and over charged me. I just moved to town looking for a new nail salon to call home. I'm a loyal every 2 week mani pedi girl and will never darken their door again!

Thursday,Friday 9am-7:30 pm
Saturday 9am-6pm
