terrible customer service. the whole time i was getting my nails done, she was on the phone and towards the end, she was even FaceTiming someone. my nails look so terrible - they are so short and stubby. i asked for the dip manicure and i’m not sure what i got. $45 later & i am going somewhere else to have them fix it!

I had a manicure done today.  The two ladies there proceeded to talk about me and my friends in another language right in front of us even after we made a comment about it. When filing my nails they were really rough and a few times I visibly pulled my hand away because they were scratching my skin. At one point my finger started to bleed where my cuticle was because they were so rough.  At the end they finished my nails and the edges were uneven and sloppy.  I believe they have the capability of doing a good job but didn't.  I would not go here.  Bad customer service and bad quality. Waste of money and time.

I got a full set of acrylic nails. I told the lady the shape and length I wanted and she didn't do either one the way I wanted it. It's not even been two weeks and I've had 5 nails just fall off. For as long as she took to do my nails they shouldn't just be falling off. The polish had air bubbles in it. Bad workers, bad quality.

Pretty good place to go if you need it done quickly. Not the best of worst experience I've had.

I had a pedicure and my polish is totally gone after 1 1/2 weeks.  In fact, I returned to get my big toe redone after 2 days!!
