The people are nice but do tend to wander needlessly during your service, leaving you often for unrelated and personal matters.  One huge customer service offense is the constantly speaking in their own language ( I believe Vietnamese), to one another.  They have been here in this country long enough to know this is rude, and makes customers uncomfortable.  I think they simply do not care.  Their work is usually acceptable. ( If you get your nails done at Walmart do not expect top notch work.)  But they generally do acceptable work.

Rushed the whole process, didnt even finishes my nails when they put me in for a pedicure. Had acrylic stuck to my fingers. Only buffed one hand and forgot about the other hand. Then the younger lady messed up on the design on my toe and instead of fixing it she just put a whole bunch of glitter on it. Then almost the same thing with my finger, she went over wet paint with the clear coat and it went everywhere and she wouldn't fix it. Thwy then charged for gel that they were told not to put on my friend. Theres a shadow on my naild and they are already popping up and i just got them done on Wednesday. Not happy with them at all.

Just got my nails done yesterday because my boyfriend got me a beautiful promise ring my nails are horrible didn't shave a few down completely their uneven and the gloss is spotting will never go to this nail place again I got a white tip spent 30$ wasent worth my money what so ever .. disappointed 😔

My sister in law went to Regal Nails for the first time for a pedicure and our experience was horrible.  ALL the employees were very rude and the man and women who were doing our pedicure halfway completed it. The woman who did mine spent most of her time outside returning to throw a hot towel over my legs then back outside. She returned and put one coat of polish on my toenails then back outside. The man doing my sister in law talked the whole time in his language which was annoying to say the least. This was my sister in laws first pedicure and I felt bad because it was such a terrible experience.  I assured her that the experience she had was not normal. I gave it a one star because I couldn't give it any lower. Your wasting your money if you go to this salon.

Nice people, good price.  Others in area were closed, but this one has evening hours.
