I couldn't be more pleased! and I'm not all that easy to please. After working with Anjanette today and Brian 3 years ago I can attest to how personable and professional there are. They treated me like it really mattered to them that I be pleased, and they patiently provided me with all the little details I asked for. We spoke at 1:30 pm and within an hour I have better less expensive coverage for my home! Whomever answers the phone is very courteous and kind while not being overbearingly sappy sweet, which to me shows they are genuine. Keep up the Great Work!! Kindness is Everything!!

I am very pleased with this Company. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sydney Brewer a very bright and generous woman. She helped answer all my question even though I admit I was a bit difficulty at times but Having a person on the phone who is patiention and professional with the customer is always best for business and of course the company growth. Thanks again Regency Insurance and Sydney Brewer for your assistance at a time of need. God Bless this beautiful company.

I have been getting my home insurance needs with this agency for a very long time. Juliana is a great asset and all interactions are top notch. Brian is certainly a brain in coverage and someone extremely dependable. His word is his trademark and his rates are excellent. That office works in sync and you do not need to follow up on anything. They will do it for you. Thank you guys/gals for been my left hand for so many years. Carlos Pacheco

Unfortunately we have not had the same pleasant experience with Regency Insurance as I've been reading in the other reviews. I 100% agree that the staff is very friendly over the phone. However, we are going on 4 months now post Hurricane Irma, where our house was badly damaged, and not one thing has been done by the insurance. If myself or my husband did not continually call and stay on top of someone we wouldn't be as far as we are now. Our house is ridden with black mold due to the length of time the house has been damaged and leaking. I have 3 small children, and Regency Insurance, who is under Heritage Insurance, does not want to pay to relocate us until the mold is remediated. 
Without writing a novel, I would just like to say we are thoroughly disappointed with the service. We pay our insurance premiums on time and in advance and when it's time for the insurance company to step up, in the event of a major Hurricane this time, they are no where to be found. Definitely disappointed.

Anthony B. and Irene were extremely helpful and efficient with getting me a quote! I got all of my questions answered with little to no wait time. I will 100% recommend my friends and family to Regency and hopefully they will get Anthony or Irene as an agent! Thank you guys.
