Arrived on a Friday afternoon. First thing I noticed is that the hotel is in a fantastic area. Good neighborhood, off of a main street. Close to shopping, freeways and restaurants. The owner and operator was very kind, polite and professional. I went to my room, which had a jacuzzi tub (special for the room), microwave, mini fridge, desk and dresser. All the lights worked. The room was clean and well maintained. Bed was a little squeaky, but comfortable. For the price, location, and service - I was definitely very well pleased. When I am in the area again, I will probably stay at the same place!

No brkfst bathroom has clean but small tub. No pool. Or courtyard. Friendly staff quiet and clean rooms. Goodwill across the street.

Room came with microwave, alarm clock, larger mini fridge. Has a small parking lot with really just enough room for one car per room. Small but good size for people on a budget who just need a place to crash. No ice machine though and ice cost 25 cents

Your typical travellin' small town motel in a big city. Our room was definitely dated and had been a smoking room. It had been a long time since I've lived in Brea so many things have changed, but this motel was in a good location. My favorite cafe (for many, many years 20 yrs ago) is right across the street. Grocery store is a few miles away as is the center of Brea. If you are just looking for an okay room to crash in then this is it. I would not want to spend much time in the room. It did have a fridge and micro, which was nice. The guy that checked us in asked if we wanted a smoking room. WOW! In California Even!! I was tempted to say YES even though I don't smoke lol. He accommodated us with a ground floor request and we parked right in front of the room. Bed was super hard which made for a fitful sleep. Think we had room #2 but not sure.
