In my opinion, Regent is the place to go if you value quality, service and reps with substantial expertise. They are a local, family-run company with an excellent reputation, and they stand behind their product with no BS. You may pay a little more than at a Home Depot or a discount flooring place, but not a lot. But the piece of mind of dealing with good people you can trust at a locally-owned company makes their VALUE much higher than those other places. There's a good reason they've been in business for such a long time. Highly recommend.

I have used Regent many times in the past 20 years and have always been very happy with their work and service. Yesterday they installed new carpet in my family room. The carpet was based on a suggestion provided by the salesman and exceeds expectations for the look and feel of the carpet. The installer took his time to make a difficult room look great. In the past Regent has carpeted many other areas of my home, but has also installed tile, cabinetry, countertops and fixtures in our bathrooms and Kitchen, and Laminate floors in my foyer and dining room which are over 16 years old and still look great. I appreciate having a local business to go to, that does not give me a high pressure sale, but shares their knowledge and clearly cares about the results.

I got flooring from there. I thought they were wonderful and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

In all they provided a nice floor in engineered wood and the quality of the finish is first class. However, they were not the cheapest quote we got but I like to shop local - NOT ANYMORE! After agreeing a price $425 was added in for 'custom' trim and a further $450 for floor leveling (apparently they charge $80 per hr - I did the math it's >$165,000 a year for tipping out a bucket of cement,boy do I wish I were in that game and not stockbroking .....) - So very disappointed in all and they have already lost the 'upstairs' flooring job and our neighbors are looking elsewhere after our experience, I'd strongly suggest you do the same
