the receptionist are the absolute worst!!! They don't care about the person on the other line your better off just talking to a computer has a attitude every time I call up there EVERY SIGNAL TIME!!!!!!!!! I love Dr. Spann but my lord to try and get in to see the doctor when your actually sick and making a appt through receptionist is like pulling teeth they don't give a rats ass about the person on the other line nor do they try and help the situation out to accommodate the customer. "O you urinated straight blood , No problem soonest we have is two weeks from now take it or leave it" They need to fix this issue. (person)
