I have had accounts with Regions for 8 years.  Their banking hours keep decreasing, locations closing, and their "24 hour hotline" is only manned 12 hours of the day.  I closed my 4 accounts two weeks ago and withdrew my money only to get multiple notifications this week that my accounts where being charged fees for not keeping a minimum balance (I withdrew my money and the accounts were supposed to be closed), then they send texts that my accounts have been charged overdraft fees because of their deducted fees!!  On accounts that were supposed to be closed in the first place!!  Their app can't help me and their phone "customer service" can't help me and said I'd have to resolve this at a branch office.  Their staff is a revolving door of new poorly trained employees.  Regions has been the worst banking experience that I have ever had in my life!!!

I seriously hate regions bank there crooks and f***ing stupid. They took the money out my bank account and instead of fixing it they won't do anything to help me I been with them going on 3 yrs now. I can't wait to get away from those stupid idiots.

Hours on Google are not accurate. Lobby is closed on Saturday.
