I am a long time customer and I recently had a situation with a hotel and I asked Deborah for assistance. I requested that she have a conference call with the hotel to discuss the issues, but she said that the bank does not do conference calls. I left this bank and went to a different Regions location and they were more than happy to assist me. I hope this wasn't a prejudice thing...

They will scam you out of your money, stay away.  Even if you have nothing to do with these people they will harass you over and over until they get what they want.
  I'm in the process of checking to do how much I can sue Regions bank for and if it is worth it and my time
