They treat college students like children, it's obvious and disrespectful. They also lost paperwork to add someone to my account, it had social security numbers and account numbers so it was a big deal. And when we called to inquire as to why we didn't have access to the account yet they told one of us one thing then called the other to ask about fraud because they didn't believe they had made the error. Always a frustrating experience when you have to go inside and also prepare to spend 40-1 hour waiting to have your issue addressed because they also don't know about all the online stuff regions offers or how to set it up, its just guessing and slow typing.
