You know, I love this bank, but the fact that their lobby closes at 4pm is quite possibly the most inconvenient thing for a vast majority of people who work FROM 9-5.... This fact alone is making me want to switch banks. A multi-billion dollar bank can’t afford to stay open past 4? TERRIBLE.

If I could rate a zero I would..!!!!   After going round and round today with THOS bank  I spoke to someone different,  which ended up, the guy no professional, ride and hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supvisor.  My husband called and they told him to call the 800 # and press option 8.  He did which took him to spanish!! I have NEVER in my life dealt with a bank and rude and unprofessional as regions bank in mississippi.. now I have to drive over an hour to a regions bank in Texas to verify funds!!  I fully understand that policy is policy, however unprofessionalism in unacceptable!!!!

After being a Regions customer since 1998, my experience  has always been...The staff, as well as the bank manager, are consistently courteous, personable, and professional. I have no desire to change banks as I am always very satisfied with the service I receive at Regions Bank in Starkville.

Friendly people, but they work so slow and did not really listen for client.
I had so much trouble for this bank. I just wanted to open checking account but they charged me overdraft fee, services fee, maintenance fee... so much stuff. 
Not worth opening a account at Region bank.
