I wrote this review why I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes all the while the teller was doing something on the computer.
I'm filing a formal complaint in Birmingham and I contacted the BBB and the consumer protection agency.

Terrible. Recently when  I go through the drive up they up either they ignore me and go on with their work or like this morning, I couldn't use it because everything was turned off and I could send my deposit through.  I am wondering if they are going out of business and I should transfer my money to another bank.

I've been banking with Regions for over two years and have never had issues until I moved to Champaign. This branch will take the small task of cashing checks and turn it into a 10-minute ordeal. They'll also mess it up and turn that into a week-long ordeal. I would recommend going to a different branch if you can.
