Called to inquire about setting up a new acct. I was shuffled around to several different people and none of them would tell me anything. I was told I would have read the instruction, They were very indifferent and didn't seem to like talking to a customer about anything. Arrogant. Smug.

They are very argumentative and very judgmental at Rowlett. I almost fight every time I go into really any of the Regions banks in dallas Lancaster and rowlett. The one in ftworth not sure of the street they were very humble and considerate. Mc Thank you 😊

Poor communication, issues with deposits.  Argumentive, at Regions in Rockwall, Tx. I have temporarily moved to Jonesboro, Ar, there is such a difference at Regions, friendly always ready with help. Rockwall Manager is rude, Assistant manager is nonchalant, both keep doors closed, everything is appointment only!
If no appointment, will not meet with you, no matter how immediate your situation !! When I move back to Greenville, I have two choices, find another branch to work with, or move accounts to another bank.

I have an auto loan with them and does not seem to be a way to pay online? Call customer service and there is not anyone to speak with.
