1. You can NEVER reach a human being! 2. I lost my debit card, had a new one sent to the bank. I was in the hospital. My son isn't on the account, however, he has an account with Region's, our last names are the same, he had my identification, and my account number, and your bank would not even call me on the telephone. Much less consider giving him my card. While I truly do, appreciate the security, there has to be a better way, especially where someone is in the hospital. 3.teller Windows are too high for people in Wheelchairs, and no one is willing to come out so that your customer is comfortable. There is no customer service in your banks. I'm very disappointed, and will be moving my account.

can't get anyone on the phone, worst customer service.The bank is just as bad no help on staff.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called three times during hours and did not get one answer. My dad and I co-signed on a credit card when I opened up a checking account that the lady never processed.

What crappy customer service you get there. I went in to have a notarized document done for my employer, who had an account there and they wouldn't do it because I, specifically, don't have an account with them. And I never will.
