Terrible service. Had a "master stylist" who did the opposite of what I asked for. Constantly talked to the other workers and was VERY bad at her job.

I have been going to the same stylist there for over 2 years, she does a wonderful job and knows my preferences. Great service, affordably priced for the extensive work I get done, and I appreciate the consistency. Great job, especially to Olivia!

I've had mine, my son's, and  my mother's hair cut all by Jude and he is fantastic. We are always happy with the style and every time, it's grown out well. Very pleased and will continue to use him!

Do not go here! I always went to Regis before I moved to this area and was always extremely happy walking out. After moving here I went to my nearest Regis because of my previous experiences.  When I left the Acadiana mall location I couldn't have been more unhappy with my cut/color/style, etc. First of all my appointment was a joke... I came in only to find out that the stylist I was appointed didn't even work that day, and instead the person in charge asked the girl working the phones/front to help me. I figured she must have known what she was doing if he had asked her to work on my hair... but apparently not. I asked for highlights, some layers around my face and a few throughout the back, and a haircut. I felt like she gave me a mullet!!!!!!!!! The layers were so choppy and chunky-- and when I said I didn't really like it she told me my hair was now 'up to date'... ummm, excuse me but when were mullets EVER a good choice???? She gave me medium thick highlights dispersed randomly around my head when I asked for a lot of thin highlights throughout my head... it was not at ALL what I asked for! I always went to Regis before I moved to this area and was always extremely happy walking out. When I left the Acadiana mall location I couldn't have been more unhappy with my cut/color/style, etc.  I arrived after noon, and she didn't get done until nearly closing time!!!!!!! And it was then, late at night, that she 'styled my hair' using a diffuser for a few minutes to slide in another charge.  Where the hell was I going so late at night that I would need my hair styled?  I even shared that I wasn't doing anything that night. I've never hated a haircut/style so much in my entire life. I will NEVER go back to this salon, or trust another Regis salon outside of my old location again. Please take my advice and stay far away from this location.
