I saw Ila. She was very professional, personable and polite. I came into Regis Salon unsure of what hair style I wanted, but she listened to me and helped make suggestions; and I left feeling very satisfied with the results. In the past, at other places I would consider my experiences just "okay", but this experience was great. My hair looks healthy now and frames my face well, but she also didn't take too much off, so I still got to keep a lot of length, which I'm very happy about.  She even recommended some shampoo and conditioner to me. It smelled delicious and luckily there was a sale on it, so I got a lot of product for a good price. She used it during the wash and my hair feels super soft now.

I was her last client of the night, but at no point did I ever feel like she was rushing through the process. She even offered to style my hair with curls. 

Ila is knowledgeable and was a pleasure to see. I will definitely be back for my balayage! I can hardly wait.

I went in on my birthday with natural light brown hair and asked for platinum blonde hair and instead got orange. The lady was very rough and fast and was irritated when i told her i didn't like the color. Instead of bleaching it again she gave me highlights. Which I again did not want but she said it's the same thing as bleaching, only less time consuming. She treated me horribly, acted annoyed and irritated with me and blamed and nagged to me about having such thick and dark hair when my hair was LIGHT brown. I sat for 5 hours and still didn't get what i wanted. She said that it would only be 112 dollars but when it was time to pay she added more money on, charging 120 and even asked for an extra 100 dollar tip. We went in a day later after talking to the manager and she had one of her supervisors do it for me. My hair is even more orange now. This is a horrible salon and I am never returning here again.

My daughter went to get a haircut and some low lights by Megan who is suppose to be a master stylist. She missed the whole top of my daughters head. I tipped her but once we got outside I was so disappointed but I don't want to make my daughter feel bad. Megan over charged I know you pay more for a master stylist however Megan charge so much more for doing as little as possible and gave terrible customer service. I have been a customer for years. I hoped for better.

Great experience!  chopped my long hair off after my wedding and did a walk in appointment.  I was seen right away and my hair turned out great!  Ask for Ryann, she did a lovely job and was upbeat and very nice.  She listened to what I wanted done and offered great suggestions as well.   She took her time and went above and beyond.
