Just went there wanted on ombré blonde hair an came out Strawberry Blonde and my hair is cut so short and it was halfway down my back and I only asked for her to trim my dead ends....UNHAPPY! Cried because the next day MY HAIR IS FRIED AND FEELS SO BAD! Going somewhere else today to get it deep conditioning and hope and pray something works because at this point I'm ready to just go bald!!

Brittany did an outstanding job on my dreadlocks despite my lack of ethnic hair. Every stylist in the room was super friendly, and I really felt welcomed here.

Horrible experience! Called ahead and asked if they did walk ins for a one year old, "yes". Sat there for over 45 mins and when the lady with the blue hair finished she went in the back and never came back out. The other 2 stylists finished at the same time. When I asked if they could cut my son's hair she said they close in 5 mins and she needs to clean her station.... (DO WHAT?!) Not one person said "hello, can I help you, do you have an appt, nothing"..... I am amazed at the unprofessionalism! Will never return. Thanks for wasting my time ladies.

The first time I had a newbie cut my hair. She did amazing. I have long curly hair. It is hard to find someone who can actually cut my hair and not screw it up. I wish I remembered her name. I have been to this salon twice since then. Both times not a single person could cut my hair. First time two people in a chair and three workers. Second time 4 workers were outside smoking and talking instead of doing their job. As I was leaving one lady had the nerve to say she don't look happy. No I wasn't do your job. I will never be back. If talking and smoking is more important then customer care I definitely won't be back. I don't recommend this salon for anyone else.

By far the worst salon experience ever. I might as well have let a 2 year old cut my hair. I requested to get my ends trimmed, including my layers and the lady chopped off 4 inches. She cut my bangs and they came down to the middle of my forehead. I was so embarrassed to go anywhere for a while with my hair looking like that. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
