The worst vet I have ever been to. My dog nearly dies to the incompetent staff. Went in to see why my three year old dog was vomiting and wouldn’t eat. They said it could be an allergy to the food he was eating and to change his food to have more fish in it. Then took an x-ray, the vet said, “there may or may not be something I am seeing so here are these pills to treat heartburn or acid reflex. Still nothing changed. His eating completely stopped and was losing weight as a result. Brought back a third time in one week to hospitalize him to get fluids in him. A different vet within the facility, upon feeling his abdomen, decided to do another x-ray and said they saw a blockage within his small intestine and we needed to take him to another vet that could do the emergency surgery. In no way was the staff helpful as I went to pick him up and all the vets had conveniently went to lunch and would not be available for an hour. Leaving me to speak with the techs and/or secretaries. If they would have caught this on the first x-ray or even said come back in to take another one to get a better look, he would not have been left with a this object inside of him. This place just gives you the run around and is of no help. I highly recommend if you ever, heaven forbid, need emergency surgery, go to St. Paul in Milwaukee. They will work with you on the prices and give your pet the best quality of care.

Alright so this is a cheaper clinic which is why I began to go here. I've brought my rats to the exotic vet multiple times as well as my ferret. Long story short, the problems were never solved. She told me twice to just keep an eye on a problem my ferret has been having. When I said that wasn't good enough she gave me medicine that would definitely improve his bowel movements which has actually made it worse. I also returned a month after my recent visit to get more flea meds, I return home then go to work. I then receive a call from the vet asking if I gave the revolution to him yet. I said no I decided not to until I'm able to bomb. She said good cause they gave you a dosage for a 5lb cat, not a ferret. This would've turned out fatal and j would've lost my ferret. I told myself I wouldn't return here but I can't find another exotic vet that isn't crazy expensive... I like the people here they're all extremely nice, I just wish my animals problems would be resolved instead of covered up.

My dog is dying today because they misdiagnosed Blasto. My dog was exhibiting 6 out of 7 symptoms when he came in! this disease is endemic in Wisconsin among hunting dogs. Yes, the dog was 1)limping 2) losing weight 3) Oozing pus sores 4) sores on limbs (first place it shows) 5) not responding to antibiotics 6)is a hunting dog that frequents the lake....6) had oozing pus sores all over his body. .the only one he didn't exhibit was the cough. All the others are symptoms of blastomycosis. What a disaster that they checked him for HEARTWORM? and said he might have allergies! Malpractice!

Do NOT bring your pet here. They are disorganized and couldn't answer simple questions about my cat's medicine. They couldn't even tell me how much and how often to give it to him. I eventually got fed up and put the cat back on the regimen recommended by a previous vet. They only want your money here and don't care about the health of your loved one.
