I think I did my intake with them around two years ago. They just will not help me. They never call. They don't care. On any far and few in-between occasion you have contact with them they will never fail to insult you at least once during the interaction. If I could give a negative stars rating I would.
Ms pearl Johnson is not friendly and don’t care about deaf people. Always rude and intimidating. Always fake smile and rolls eyes
DARS Fairfax is amazing. The staff are kind and always have my best interest at heart. They have a computer lab for clients to use and have access to a lot of resources.
Never go with pearl johnson worst fake counselor!
Just a bunch of people pretending they want to help you but in reality they don't.
Most disappointing people I have ever met with.
Elderly Receptionist was not receptive and very unclear in what this agency does.
New place, very big building, plenty of parking.
