I stopped in about a month ago to see if they were accepting new patients. I was happy to find they were and submitted my insurance card and completed the paperwork. The appointment book was filled up for a month so I just told them to call me when someone canceled.

I was given a call and given two days notice of an afternoon opening, great! I came in, was seen on time, enjoyed the conversation with a skilled hygienist, Colleen. That was where I ran into trouble. The receptionist came in to say that my dental insurance considered them out of network and refused to pay.

Now I kept my cool, but I was very upset when I learned I could leave or pay for the exam and cleaning. Having a tough travel schedule the next 4 months, I said screw it and decided I would suck it up and pay out of pocket.

I know the receptionist empathized with me and told Dr. Reichley what had transpired. When the Doctor came into the room, she was pleasant, and immediately told me that the bill was taken care of as the mistake was on her team for not verifying they accepted my insurance.

Dr. Reichley explained the work I should have done in the next few months and treated me very well, showed she takes customer relations seriously.

I look forward to November when I can dump my current dental insurance and select a plan which considers her in network.

I would not recommend Reichley Dental. I went in for a small piece of filling that had cracked off. After looking at the x-ray Dr. Shelley said I would need a crown. Out of the 5 people in the office, Dr. Shelley told 4 people including me that they needed a crown 
They put a temp filling in which did not last for even a day. I decided to get a second opinion so I went to see Dr. Dodd. They also took an x-ray and said it was an easy fix, just looked like a small part of the filling came out. They filled my tooth and off I went.

Great group of folks!  Laid back. Kind.  I met Dr. Shelley when my dog had chewed up my bite splint right before a vacation & I was panicked to find someone who could make a replacement. I was not a client at that time.  When she heard the situation she worked me in that day. Made a new one. Got me back in the day after for adjustment. And I left the day after that. That’s what I call a dedication to helping others!  Needless to say I am now a client & a fan! 😊

I have been going to Reichley Dental for 35 years. The transition from Dr Joe to Dr Shelley was seamless. The entire staff is professional and caring. I have excellent dental health and Dr Shelley's care is a large part of that. I highly recommend them. I would not go anywhere else.

Everyone from the front desk ,to cleaning of teeth and Dr.Shelly are always very knowledgeable of what they are doing and don't just care about your teeth.:))Been coming here for I think around 20 years now .
