This dentist's office would not make a referral for me to get my cracked tooth checked out further until my insurance co approved it.  It took weeks!!  About time my cracked tooth was able to be seen, it was cracked all the way down, and I had to have it extracted.  Originally it was just cracked a little bit. I asked them to fill it and crown it and they would not.  I then had to have it extracted and a implant put in, which wiped out our savings account and a one year loan of $300/mo.  Total of approximately $8,000!!  They will not do ANYTHING unless your insurance approves it and since I have a sucky dental insurance company I suppose (Concordia) they will not do anything because Concordia doesn't pay some things they do for their patients.I need to find a new dentist! I like some of the people that work there but what they did to me I will never forgive them for.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reidy for over 10 years and am very satisfied with the quality of work & friendly manner of Dr. Reidy & staff. I have come to know them over the years & they always greet me in a business like manner, with respect  & a smile. I went through the root canal process last year and had no problem with the referral  process or the procedure. Dr. Reidy replaced the cap over the root & I’m grateful  he saved the tooth. 
I’ve been to other dental offices in the past that were more like a “mass assembly line”, pushing as many people through as possible, in as short a time as possible. I felt like a faceless number in an assemble line of dental procedures. 
It’s refreshing to go to a private dental practice and get the personal attention  I expect.  Thanks!!

I called here for emergency work because I was in severe pain, stating to the receptionist that I thought I needed a root canal.  I was pleased that they told me to come down right away and I could be seen.  That's when the pleasure ended.  I sat for over an hour with hardly being acknowledged, taken back for x-rays and stuck in a chair.  Finally someone else (I've now been passed thru 4 different people) I'm told that they don't do root canals and I can be referred to someone else.  It's now almost 5pm, too late for me to go anywhere else...Oh and they can't give me anything for pain or the infection.  The receptionist rolls her eyes when I asked if they were going to call to see when the next appointment was at the place she was sending me too.  The dentist I will be seeing tomorrow won't even take the x-rays they did because apparently they have a reputation within the dental community.  Worst experience I have ever had.  Will be posting this on every review venue I can find...if you're the owner and are reading this- fire your staff and learn how to treat your patients.

I am very satisfied with my experience in Dr. Reidy's office. The front office staff has taken their time to make sure I understand the treatment I need. Also I have anxiety from previous dentists. Dr. Reidy and his staff are friendly and understanding and I now have less anxiety with returning for my appointments in their office.

If you are looking for a great dentist then look no further. Upon my arrival I was greeted with such great staff members who were smiling, cheerful, and so happy to see me. In no time at all they had me seated for my appointment. They took  minimal amount of xrays, less radiation exposure for my children and I is very important to me. Dr.Reidy was very kind and did his examination throughly. If you are looking for a great dentist for you, your family, and your friends (and a good dentist is hard to find) I would definitly contact Dr.Reidy.
