I had a wax and massage with Jennifer, and let me tell you, she is THE BEST there is for both in my experience. The wax was the most comfortable and professional I have ever had. Its no wonder she is the source of success behind this franchise. She has a very broad range of techniques in massage, and tells me this is her mix of the best of the Asian, Caribbean, and Europe exposure she has received. I noticed there is many excellent reviews on google, and I just had to add my input to those.

My husband gave me a gift certificate for a Reiki Massage. I called to book an appointment two weeks in advance, clearly telling the person on the phone what my gift certificate was for. After some difficulty in getting this person to understand what my availability is, she booked me for a Saturday morning. When I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes while the receptionist spoke on the phone in another language. When I told her I had an appointment she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about then gave me paperwork to fill out. I handed mygift certificate to her with the paperwork and she told me she does not do reiki and the person who did was only there on Wednesday. She said I could do a regular massage instead to which I agreed. She was unable to find the number of my gift certificate which was purchased and printed from their website in their "book" so she called her boss who said if it was purchased as reiki it had to be reiki, not a regular massage. I left with no massage and a whole lot of disappointment. Sadly my husband's gift will most likely go unused because I do not plan on returning.

Reiki Spa, I would return to on any day of the week because they're therapists are so inviting and welcoming and of course extremely skilled in relaxing their clients! I've also gotten a facial there and the aesthetician is so informative and very delicate with you instantly i could see a difference! They have my dedication!

This place is horrible I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes just looking for a basic massage.No one attended me the phone rang several times,zero attention taken .I wish I could give a review of the work performed but I never got the opportunity to enjoy it .....after 45 minutes of wasted time I walked out

Got Brazilian wax at reiki spa wow nice job. Completely hairless. Very nice looks great too. Mark
