I love you Dr. Negron!  Very patient and very nice and took time to try and calm my 4-year old who HATES (with a passion) going to the dentist.  Also doesn't hurt that you're quite handsome!
My main issue is with the dentist's nurse - Nicole.  I know last time we were in, your finger had the heck bitten out of it and I have no doubt it was extremely painful and I am very sorry for that, BUT, the way you treated my son today was cruel and rude.  You know that a dentist visit for him is an issue.  You belittled him (stating that other 4 year olds don't act like him) to which I took umbridge and let you know that I was not happy.  This did not deter you.  You got mad at him and then proceeded to drag him into the main area whilst I spoke with Dr. Negron to show him that even a 2-year old doesn't behave like him and further berated him.  You are not only unprofessional but you are mean (he's 4 years old lady!) and for this reason we are considering finding another pediatric practice.   If I may venture, pediatric dentistry is definitely not where you should be concentrating your time.  Sad and disappointing.
