Reiter Law Firm offer our clients a unique blend of experience and expertise found at large law firms with the individualized attention and cost effectiveness of a small law firm. Mission

Our mission with each client is to fully understand their current family dynamics, their financial state of affairs, as well as any goals or objectives they may have for their estate. From there, we intimately work with each client to establish a clear estate planning goals and objectives, offering flowcharts, spreadsheets and pamphlets to demonstrate our recommended strategies for their estate planning needs. Our next step is to draft the appropriate estate planning documents for the client’s review. After review, we meet with each client to review the documents to answer any questions and ensure they fully understand the key provisions of their estate plan. After the will execution ceremony, as we like to call it, our obligation to the client does not cease. If there are assets to be transferred into a trust or a deed to be re-titled, we assist the client with this process. It is our job to ensure that all trusts are not only created, but are properly funded as well. Moreover, the estate, trust, gift, and tax laws are constantly changing. It is our further obligation to each client to provide updates on these changes.
