One of the BEST reitman's in the city. Always has the best stock and the absolute best clearance section!! The associates are always professional and polite! I have never had an issue shopping at this location as I have at others! 10/10 I recommend!
The young salesperson was lovely and kind; the other salesperson treated me like I was shoplifting. Ironically, I would have purchased more if I had felt comfortable and welcome to browse!
I buy a lot of my clothes at the Reitmans at Billings. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I ordered a dress in a petite size to be delivered to my home and it came in 2 days. I really like their clothes and the atmosphere at this location is warm and welcoming. As a manager of a retail store I know how important it is to simply be nice. As a customer I will only shop in places that I feel comfortable.
I always buy my winter sweaters there. They have good deals! I bought 4 sweaters 40% off. Also, they offer a very friendly customer service. I love the music too!
Reitmans is a great place to pick up work wear and weekend outfits. Today, I picked up a casual top and a pair of well fitting jeans. Don't forget to check out their clearance section for great deals.
Great store to shop in. Friendly staff, I returned something today without any problems. And received a nice smile and a have a nice day. Makes me want to go back soon.
Everytime I enter this store I'm pounced upon by a sales person. Give a lady a chance to browse around. I mean, this in the nicest way. Perhaps management puts too much pressure on the staff. It makes someone like me uncomfortable. Just sayin' If you like my reviews please hit the like button
