Once you finally get in there, the service and quality has been fine, but I have to jump through hoops to get an appt. I’m only using them because I received their membership for a gift. I have to call numerous times before I get an answer. Don’t expect them to check their voice and call back either-it has never worked.

This is the first review I have ever made on how poor a service was. If I could not give them a star, I would. We chose this spa due to Groupon. My mother and I made an appointment a month and a half in advance for 10 AM. We drove an hour to this location, only to be told that the appointment was at 12. For various reasons, we were not able to make this appointment and the staff was unwilling to admit the mistake or fix it. Not to mention, the receptionist was not able to talk to us because she was giving someone a massage...?? So we had to talk to some random person at the desk who had no clue what was going on. Oh and as far as a confirmation call... no voicemail was left (and no my voicemail box is not full). The staff and atmosphere were completely unprofessional. I hope this helps anyone who thinks the Groupon deal is worth it... it's not!!

Make sure you are reviewing Rejuv and not Serenity across the street in the space Rejuv USED to be in. I saw a review sayung Rejuv is great with a picture of Serenity. 2 totally different places. So, I used to go to Rejuv when it was callwd Honey. It was great then. I loved it and recommended it to many people. THEN IT WAS SOLD and the name changed to Rejuv. You can not get in touch with the business. I've called no less than 10 times and never get an answer or return call. My husband called and actually got an answer, but they had no appointments that day (which is fine) BUT wanted a $20 deposit over the phone to make an appointment for the next day. I'm not giving my cc number out over the phone.

It's ok. I got there a few minutes ahead of my appointment. No one was at the desk but I could hear people talking in the back. I filled my paperwork out and waited for about 10-15. The facility was clean but the table was a bit uncomfortable. I had a groupon for 80 minutes deep tissue but only got 40 minutes of swedish. The same thing happened a few years ago. The therapist was very nice and the shop let me book my appointment for a few weeks out even though my groupon would have expired by then, so I didn't complain. Sadly, I don't think I will be a returning customer though.

What a treat! Have had 2 massages in the last 8 days (not at same place) given as bday gifts since folk know I love them! This was definitely the best of the 2! Kendricka was phenomenal! Her technique was on point! She new all the tense spots and took care of each of them! Would have given 5 stars but surround sound music is needed throughout for a true relaxing ambiance, not from the individual phone of the masseuse! I'll be back for sure!
