REMOCA GENERAL CONTRACTORS Provide full-service interior and exterior remodeling, specializing in home improvement.

As a General Contractor and with over 10 years of hands on experience in the construction industries of both Argentina and Unites States, I personally manage each project from begining to end. This include our first meeting, the estimate, the contract, and the entire process of building the project. My clients communicate directly with me and I am always available to assit them with all questions or concerns. I work closely to my clients taking the worry out of construction and remodeling.

I am a Real Estate Broker and needed a Contractor to repair a leaky roof in Encinitas.  I found Remoca online and Leo came in a timely manner and provided an estimate right away. He completed the job and I was impressed with his workmanship and that he cleanup up the area after he finished better than how he found it.  I have a lot of bank owned properties that require different levels of repair or remodeling.  I have now worked with Leo for over 3 years and confidently recommend him to clients and friends looking for a reliable trustworthy Contractor.

 I stand by my words, because I have even used Remoca for my own home remodeling.  In my business I come across a lot of Contractors, some are flaky, late, messy and unprofessional.  Leo shows up on time if not early, respectful of your time and budget, and even makes professional recommendations that will add value to your home in the future.  A true professional, that I am happy to recommend to anybody.

Leo's the BEST!!! We hired Leo Villaverde, of REMOCA General Contractors, to remodel our master bathroom. I found him on the web, he provided references ( which we checked out) and all seemed good to get started. Leo is everything you could hope for from a contractor. He did most of the work himself and coordinated any other contractor that needed to come in for the job. He is meticulous in his detail and knowledgeable of what he is doing. Always on time, leaves a clean workplace, very sincere and respectful, and got the job finished when promised. We have hired Leo for other jobs needed in our home and he will be "our contractor" for all future work needed. We couldn't be happier with his work and with Leo as a person. You will be very satisfied with the outcome when you hire REMOCA for your next project.

I found Remoca by luck (I saw the company's truck near my property.) Leo is honest, professional, experience..he is everything you would want when you are looking for a contractor.

We’ve had Leo with REMOCA General Contractors working on three separate projects at our house, and Leo and his crew did a great job on each of them.  The price was right and the work was done with excellence and on time.  Those jobs turned out better than we could have hoped for.  I'm happy to give his business a 5-star review. When any of our friends are looking for a contractor, we recommend him.  I'm looking forward to using REMOCA in the future for our home remodeling projects.
