Good prices and knowledgable staff.  We went here when we got our first GSD puppy.  With little knowledge of raising a dog we found it helpful to have staff who were knowledgable and cared about our furry family member.  

The store usually has sales and their reward system is a nice way of giving back to loyal customers. They are also one of the few places which carry Big Country Raw, which our dog loves. Would definitely recommend this store.

For dog and cat food and supplies Rens is the best. Definitely go check it out if you've never been to one before.
