Nikki is amazing.  I have been going to Renaissance for a couple of years, once a month for mani/pedi.  It is very relaxing, all of the staff are attentive, courteous, helpful and call me by name.  Additionally, if you ever need a facial, Nikki is your gal!!  I can't say enough good things about this spa and it's staff.  Keep up the good work!!

My husband and I went to Renaissance European Spa today to get a Couple's Massage for our Anniversary.  Crystal and Tina did an excellent job and were very good.  We were very pleased and satisfied with our experience today.  Thanks ladies!

I have had services ranging from intensive facials to massages to pedicures from Renaissance and trust the staff completely.  The spa is scrupulously clean and pleasant to be in.  The staff are professional, attentive, and knowledgable.  I can't say enough without becoming repetitive!

My girlfriend suggested that I should try a massage from Renaissance because of her past experiences with a well trained and polite staff. Because it was only my 2nd time trying a spa massage  I was slightly skeptical due to my first experience which was below average. 
      My girlfriend and I attended  the 90 minute massage for the price of 60. Unfortunalty the massage only lasted a little longer than 60 minutes, the massage therapist started my massage and 12:00, I was dressed and out of the room by 1:05.  The time although cut short from what was advertised was not my biggest issue. While the massage therapist was really friendly, i believe it's and exaggeration to call the massage a deep. The problem areas that were addressed at the beginning of the session were also not completely adressed. 
    However, as I've mentioned the massage therapist and receptionist at the front was incredibly nice. The receptionist greated us with a charming and positive attitude.

Okay, I waivered between 3 and 4 stars. 

I have been here twice. The first time I came was for a facial and it was wonderful. The woman I had was awesome and created a relaxing and peaceful enviornment, even when she was explaining things to me. Great experience.

Next round I came in for a massage and the girl I got was the most awkward human on earth and did an incredibly mediocre job. It made me not want to go back. 

Essentially, it was a great place to get a facial and an "meh" place to get a massage.
