Story

I was born and raised on Adriatic Coast of Croatia http://www.ivop-apartmani.com/, a small scenic country in southern Europe, where cooking and baking is part of everyday life. I learned to cook and bake at a very young age and grew to love all things culinary, from cooking savory recipes to the most appetizing and beautiful presentation of the finished dishes.
I was taught to love and care about the process of cooking, to use the best ingredients and to make every dish fresh every day. In time I developed my own recipes for breads and cakes which were always appreciated by family and friends.
I have brought the art of good, homemade cooking and baking to our new homeland. I consistently receive the highest praise for my breads, cakes and cookies from everyone who tries them.
I began my catering and baking career after becoming a victim of the economic downturn, and I have never looked back! Even more than the joy of creating delicious and wholesome foods, what I love most is the pleasure that my customers express. In a world of mass-production, it is wonderful to see how much my customers cherish my hand-made cookies, cakes and pies. The warmth and appreciation that my customers consistently express about my baking is my greatest pleasure.
