I came to Reno Insurance out of frustration with my interactions in dealing with corporate owned insurance companies that charged me more and provided less assistance.  Reno Insurance not only lowered my insurance bill while providing equal to or better coverage they also help me with additional coverage that was needed.  Additionally when it was time to process a claim they were there for me and assisted me along the way.  Making sure i was completely satisfied along the way.  I recommend this company anyone that is looking for an insurance company with a personal touch that cares about their clients.  I am glad to be a Reno Insurance customer.

Reno Insurance is the "go-to" agency for all insurance.  The team is very experienced at analyzing risks and getting you the right coverage whether commercial or personal lines.  We are glad to have our insurance coverage with Reno.

I carry my general liability and automobile insurance through Reno Insurance - Kelley was extremely helpful in explaining the scope of this policy, what it covered and didn't. Recommendations for additional coverage and paying into worker's comp were provided.  There is no one I trust more for my insurance needs than this agency.

The Reno Insurance staff are honest and respectable people. As local Dayton Ohio independent insurance agents - the staff works hard to take care of their customers. Thumbs Up!

Reno Insurance Agency is a great independent insurance agency. I shopped around for better prices on my renter's and automobile insurance and they found better coverage for me at much lower prices. In the Dayton, OH area, Reno is definitely the way to go.
