This gym specialises in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Trianing) it's circuit training with a variety of exercises from boxing, to weights, to box jumps and a ton of stuff in between.  10 stations, 3 minutes at each with a 30 second break in between.  The stations change daily so the workouts stay fresh and the trainers are there to correct your form and motivate you. I absolutely LOVE this place.
