Staff doesn't really know what they are talking about when it comes to troubleshooting and will just say generic stuff that's completely wrong and not actually the problem

Rent-to-own sucks they harass you the day of your payment and if you don't come and make a payment they call you and harass you until you make it I will never go through rent-to-own again if you want to rent anything from anywhere go to Aaron's they don't harass you

Found my experience with Rent to Own to be nothing but great!  From walking into the store and feeling welcome and part of the family.  To the friendly staff, who was always willing to work something out if I was in a bind.  To the great quality of furniture that is delivered at no charge.  And a side note, the staff that delivered my furniture didn't damage my house while doing so!!!!   When I need something I am definitely a going back.  =)
