Poor Poor, Unprofessional Service...Really...no rating at all. They are natural born stalkers SERIOUSLY. If you get behind on your payment they hound you constantly. They beat on your door and more importantly will do property damage to your home. They came by one night and rung my doorbell thinking I was home because they saw a car like mines parked out front. They were captured by a neighbor 2 actually beating on the glass of my frontdoor with an hard object and beating loud because the neighbors heard it. Then they ripped my cable cords out the wall for my cable. The neighbor is going with me to identify the employees in the morning and yes I did file a police report. Its to many young people there anyway. They take forever to deliver and then constantly call you for payment when you don't even have the merchandise yet. And on top of that if you get behind in your payment they call your references and leave messages about your account saying you have stolen property and all your account information which is a violation of the privacy act. Don't go there to rent well not the one located in the same parking lot as Fairplay. Its I can say 1 individual in the store in whom I hope wasn't involed in this because they seemed to be the only person in the with some since.
