Upon agreeing on a lease with the company and scheduling a delivery time and paying out over $100.00 to them I was informed on the day of agreed delivery that It was going to be a few more days until they would deliver it leaving me without any furniture having gotten rid of the old to make room for the new also putting it 5 to 6 days from the date i paid for the items i was met with a rude and lieing manager on the phone when i was trying to resolve their issue . I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DEFINITELY NEEDS A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM!!

I don't see how anyone could rent anything from here! I wouldn't rent all the dust collecting around the front door! Horrible "DEALS"

The portable dishwasher I rented from them is beautiful, but the inside needed cleaned and they refused to provide me with the faucet adapter that would allow me to use the dishwasher in the first place. We were told that we would have to go out and buy the part ourselves, but we weren't told that until after the dishwasher was delivered 2 hours late after we made it very clear that we had a tight schedule. I have spent three days trying to track down the right adapter and am getting very frustrated very quickly!

Horrible order from them took them to long to deliver way past promised date nobody will do anything about it need better empolys that will do there job and comunticate with the other employs instead of talking crap out them the only ones I like there is sukio and amy they dothere job not the bBrittney girl none of the managers are ever there and just will never rent from this place again
