If i could give 0 stars i would. Everyone that works there is rude and is not willing to help, especially the women that work in the financial dept. On the first floor next to the info desk. Everyone is fake and useless there. The police department is worse no one helped me with my case. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS CITY HALL JUST GO TO KING COUNTY COURT.

I had a misunderstanding with a situation and was treated like I was stupid. I needed a time extension form for my ticket. I didn't know they didn't offer those. I had arrived on the 3rd floor to ask for the paper. I approached the clerk... whom treated me like I was dumb after I had asked for this form. I wish I had her name, because what a degrading person. If you want to be treated like crap go to the Blonde lady that deals with ticket payments on the 3rd Floor. She will talk down to you when you don't know what you're talking about instead of pointing you in a correct direction. Maybe you guys should hire people that don't treat others like they're stupid for asking questions. I'd put zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. I left in tears.
