The Museum’s mission is to preserve, document, interpret, and educate about the history of greater Renton in ways that are accessible to diverse people of all ages.
Located in historic Art Deco firehouse, the Renton History Museum offers changing exhibits, programs, publications, and events to share Renton’s stories, past and present. The Museum is situated in downtown historic Renton and is surrounded by local shops and restaurants, offers free parking, and is close to the library and Liberty Park.
The Renton History Museum is jointly supported by the City of Renton and the Renton Historical Society, a 501(c)3.
