Good building. Recall a few tours as a child. Educational. Some what small for a museum. Very selective of their volunteers. I did not feel welcome here as a volunteer. It could be my younger age or the fact that most people get defensive of their positions. Senior citizens or children have a higher chance to volunteer. If this building was not government operated, I highly believe that this building would not exist.

Its fun. Lots of fun and has free days, first Thursday and 3rd Saturday. Lots of exhibits and nice staff and volunteers. Cool reuse of the original fire house.

Great place! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have a cute crafts area for people of all ages. This worked as a great break for my kids in between learning. The little house was their favorite part!
