William is absolutely hell of a burger host, his burgers are phenomenal and super tasty. Don't forget to grab the chips and salsa! You would be glad to stop by for a bite and a cold beer with the bar being in the same building. Cool little joint, bring your girl here or some bros, they won't be disappointed. Keep in mind parking in the front is a little limited but plenty of parking behind the building. Thanks Will
Rave for TWO local businesses! Represa Grill Chef William was so nice and attentive! You can tell he puts thought into his food! The chicken sandwich was so good! Crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, great flavor! The Folsom burger was also really good! The wings were PERFECTION! He even makes his own pickles and they were bomb.com! Not sour at all! Folsom Dam Bar located inside the same building is also really good! Strong drinks and our bartender was super friendly! The whole place is clean and has a Folsom Johnny Cash theme! Definitely recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're in the area for the Folsom Rodeo coming up. Located on Natoma and Stafford St.
Omg yay!! This place so deserves delicious food and they got it here going with Represa Grill. DUDE the food they are turning out is some of the best in town. Based on personal experience so far, I highly recommend the tacos, salsa, beans and rice. I haven’t had a sandwich yet but I am so excited based on what I saw come out and the quality of what I did have. Honestly this location used to be City Slickers and they have done so much to revamp and it’s ADORABLE inside. I also feel like they stuck to their roots and ALSO added a classy component, so they do still cater to all crowds and provide good separation between the outside back patio and the inside for those who are eating or are with their families. They also have darts and shuffleboard and are starting to do karaoke on Tuesday and live music on Saturday. This place has a lot going on and it’s absolutely worth checking out. FR try it out and ENJOY
AMAZING food! Totally recommend! William knows how to take care of his customers, he is very friendly and he remembered our names after a month! If you don't know what to get, ask him for recommendations and he'll make something amazing for you. My mom and nanny LOVE the chicken sandwich. He made very good vegetarian burgers for my sister and I. You should get the side salad and fries!
Tonight was our first time eating food from Represa Grill takeout and this is now our favorite restaurant in Folsom. The fried pickles were perfectly crispy and acidic. The wings were crispy and seasoned perfectly. The steak nachos were generous and again perfectly seasoned. The Represa burger was the best burger I’ve ever had — the patty was perfectly seasoned and cooked, with the sauce balancing it well. Overall, 10/10 — this was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time and certainly the best at the price point. We will be regulars here and looking forward to trying everything Chef prepares.
If your looking for amazing food with great atmosphere and great customer service, Represa Grill is where it’s at!! Chef Hartzell is a master at his craft and it shows in every dish! True definition of passion and dedication. Keep pushing my friend!
PHENOMENAL no frills order-at-the counter restaurant. Burger was best I’ve had in Folsom, and the sauces dill, especially supplied with the wings were superb. Wife had the chicken sandwich and loved it. New favorite burger spot attached to a great bar with friendly staff!
Great food, reasonable prices, and the owner really cares about your experience. The fried chicken sandwich was one of my favorites I've had in the Sac area. Sweet, not spicy! Definitely will be back!

Chef William's Steak and Brie Panini is the perfect sandwich to go with your tasty adult beverage of choice. If you are wanting to kick it up a notch, sub the regular fries with his Rodeo Fries. Damn those calories...trust me you won't regret it! If you aren't feeling that hungry, the pretzel is a true authentic Bavarian. An absolute must with a beer! Thank you Chef!
